Managing Your Comprehend Subscription: Inviting Users

How to Invite Users in the Chrome Extension:

1. Open the Comprehend Chrome extension.
2. Click the three lines (menu icon) in the top-left corner.
3. Select Admin Settings. (If you’re not an admin, ask the account holder (the person who purchased the subscription) to grant you admin access, or have them invite this user).
4. Click the "Invite Users" button at the top right.
5. Enter the user’s work email (or the email they used to sign up for Comprehend).
6. Then click "Invite". You're done!!

• If this user hasn’t created an account yet, they’ll appear under the "Pending" tab.
• If they already have an account, you’ll see them listed on your dashboard.
