Comprehend: Multi-Record

Record continuously while seeing multiple patients, and Comprehend will automatically separate the conversations and match them to the correct visit — no need to stop and restart between patients. This makes it easy to capture back-to-back daily visits without jumping between recordings!

Guide to Using the Multi-Recorder for Patient Visits 👇🏻

1. Access the Multi-Recorder

• Click the three horizontal lines on the top left of the extension to open the side menu
• Click ‘Visits’
• Ensure your calendar is synced and all visits are listed.
• Click on the 'multi-recorder' option.

2. Select Patients for Recording

• The system will display your last 10 created visits.
• Choose the patients you will be seeing that hour (e.g., Chris, Jim, Erika, Jake).
• You can select multiple patients, but only record for those you will see.

3. Start Recording

• Hit the 'record' button to start the audio recording.
• Begin your conversation with the first patient (e.g., Chris).
• Discuss relevant topics such as their condition and exercises.

4. Continue Recording for Each Patient

• Keep the recording running while you talk to each patient.
• You can record for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• Move on to the next patient (e.g., Jim) and repeat the process.

5. Upload the Audio Recording

• After finishing your visits, return to your computer or device.
• Click the ‘Stop’ button like you normally would
• The audio will be automatically assigned to each selected patient.

6. Preview the Transcript (Optional)

• Hover over the patient cards to preview the transcript of the recording.
• Check the information entered for each patient (e.g., Chris's details).

7. Review and Fill Out Notes

• Confirm that all information is correctly assigned to each patient.
• Open the visit note for each patient.
• Click 'Comprehend' to fill out the note like normal!
