Getting Help & Support in Comprehend

If you need help while using Comprehend, there are a few easy ways to get the support you need. Whether you have a quick question, need technical help, or want guidance on using the platform, our team is here to assist you.


Chat Support

If you need help while working in Comprehend,

  1. Click the hand icon in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Select Support Chat






Chat Support is great for:

  • Quick questions about features
  • Help finding something in the platform
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • Clarifying how something works
  • Getting pointed in the right direction

Our team will respond with answers or connect you with a specialist if needed.



Bug Reports

If you encounter a bug or technical issue, you can report it directly in Comprehend:

  1. Click the hand icon in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Select  Bug Report





This feature allows us to record your screen and audio so we can see exactly what’s happening. Please walk through the issue as you normally would while recording. This helps our team troubleshoot more efficiently and resolve the problem faster.


Comprehend Video Call Support

If you need additional help after using Chat Support, you can schedule a support call with our team.


This is helpful for:
