# If you use an EMR we don't integrate with: 

* You can create custom templates with any sections you need! Since we do not integrate with your EMR, Comprehend won't directly fill out the note. 
* Instead, the note is generated within the Comprehend extension, and you can easily copy and paste the information into the appropriate sections of your EMR

### Watch this video to learn how to add sections and upload examples to create your own custom template—can only be used when your EMR is NOT integrated with us! 

||| **Note:** If you have an integration and create a web app template, you will NOT be able to use it to input a note in your EMR, as the web app template is not connected to your EMR page
